Standard Meal Service: That just means that your personal chef prepares delicious meals for you and leaves them in your fridge and freezer for you to use at your convenience. Once a week or every other week service may be your preference, or having a freezer filled with just entrées may provide you flexibility at mealtime over the course of two to four weeks and may be your solution to your "What's for dinner?" dilemma.

Special Event: Your personal chef is here to prepare and serve your special event foods, from a romantic dinner for two to a buffet for up to 100 guests. Cocktail party in the future? Unique and Special: How about an interactive dinner party? Your personal chef will do the planning and all the shopping, and you and your dinner guests will enjoy getting involved in helping to prepare your special dinner. Not too much, of course! (I do all the messy things!) You learn how to make interesting dishes such as Spanish paella, beef Wellingtons, Duchess potatoes, fennel risotto, etc., ....and then your personal chef serves your dinner, you pour the wine and enjoy your meal with your guests while your personal chef cleans up the mess in the kitchen and quietly slips out the door! It's an entertainment special occasion in the comfort of your own home! Prices start at $50 per person including the cost of groceries, printed recipes, and shopping lists. Minimum 6 participants.

Your personal chef has been certified by the International Sommelier Guild in wine fundamentals, so I can choose the wine for your tasting as well as pair and prepare delectable bites to accompany your wine. Your guests will enjoy learning about wine tasting and pairing and you'll be the "rock star" for being so smart and hosting such a great party with the help of your personal chef! Here are just a few of the nutritious and delicious meals we can prepare for you to enjoy in the comfort of your own home on your busiest evenings. Heat, relax, and enjoy delicious dinners!
Main Dishes
Beef
1. Japanese Beef & Noodle Salad (Thinly sliced flank steak, Japanese buckwheat noodles, carrots and leafy greens drizzled with a sesame-soy dressing home-made with green tea and toasted sesame oil)
Dinner Instructions: Heat steak slices, if desired, or serve cold. Toss greens with a bit of the dressing to coat and mound on plates. Top greens with noodle mixture, then arrange steak slices over top. Drizzle dressing over steak and noodles to your liking and enjoy. Do not freeze this.
2. Orange-Scented Beef & Vegetable Stir-Fry (Savory and tender beef stir-fried with vegetables)
Dinner Instructions: Cover with plastic wrap or parchment paper and heat in microwave at 50% power for 2 minutes at a time until heated through.
3. Savory Beef Stew with Butternut Squash & Dried Cherries (Lean beef braised with herbs till tender; the butternut squash and cherries add a delightful sweetness to the savory beef) Dinner Instructions: Cover lightly with plastic wrap or parchment paper and heat at 50% power in microwave for 2 minutes at a time until heated through, stirring potatoes a bit if necessary to distribute heat through contents. 4. Texas Beef Fajitas (Traditional flavors of thinly sliced beef with sautéed onions and sweet bell peppers rolled into flour tortillas and accompanied with tomato salsa and sour cream.)
Dinner Instructions: Heat meat and vegetables in microwave at 50% power until heated through. Cover tortillas with damp paper towel and microwave at high power for 30 seconds or until heated. Roll meat and vegetables in tortillas and serve with salsa and sour cream (if desired).
5. Spicy Orange Beef & Broccoli Stir-Fry (Beef sirloin strips, fresh oranges, garlic, red bell pepper, scallions and broccoli stir-fried together)
Dinner Instructions: Heat, covered, at 50% power for 2 minutes at a time until heated through.
6. Wine-Braised Beef Stew (Beef braised with vegetables in red wine)
Dinner Instructions: Heat, covered, at 50% power for 2 minutes at a time until heated through.
Pork
1. Baked Sweet & Sour Pork or Chicken (Traditional flavors made healthy: Chunks of lean pork tenderloin or chicken breasts and vegetables served over brown rice)
Dinner Instructions: Cover lightly with plastic wrap or parchment paper and heat at 50% power in microwave for 2 minutes at a time until heated through.
2. Pork Chops or Medallions in a Pear-Ginger Sauce (Tender medallions of lean, roasted pork in a savory pear sauce.)
Dinner Instructions: Heat, covered, at 50% power for 2 minutes at a time until heated through.
3. Mexican Pork Stew (Traditional stew of tender pork braised with tomatillos, onion, and cilantro, served over brown rice with a side of homemade apple sauce)
Dinner Instructions: Heat, covered, at 50% power for 2 minutes at a time until heated through.
4. Pork Tenderloin Medallions with Provençal Sauce (Roasted lean pork tenderloin medallions topped with a classic French wine and vegetable sauce)
Dinner Instructions: Heat, covered, at 50% power for 2 minutes at a time until heated through.
5. Barbecued Pork Chops (Lean loin chops grilled with a tangy sauce)
Dinner Instructions: Heat, covered, at 50% power for 2 minutes at a time until heated through.
6. Orange-Cranberry Glazed Pork Tenderloin (Savory tenderloin served atop a mouthwateringly delicious fruity sauce)
Dinner Instructions: Heat, covered, at 50% power for 2 minutes at a time until heated through.
Chicken
1. French Country Chicken in Provençal Sauce (Chicken breasts simmered with a light white wine sauce with vegetables served over couscous)
Dinner Instructions: Heat, covered, at 50% power for 2 minutes at a time until heated through.
2. Chicken Piccata (Seared and pan roasted chicken breasts, white wine sauce with lemon, capers and parsley)
Dinner Instructions: Heat, covered, at 50% power for 2 minutes at a time until heated through.
3. Chicken Breasts Stuffed with Prosciutto & Figs (Prosciutto or paper-thin slices of Smithfield ham lend a salty complement to the sweetness of figs that fill these chicken breasts, and the balsamic sauce is the finishing touch.) Dinner Instructions: Heat, covered, at 50% power for 2 minutes at a time until heated through.
4. Chicken with Asparagus, Lemon, and Parmesan (Chicken with white wine sauce cooked with tender asparagus spears)
Dinner Instructions: Heat, covered, at 50% power for 2 minutes at a time until heated through. Dust with Parmesan if desired and serve.
5. Grilled Chicken Breasts with Corn Salsa (Seasoned chicken breasts topped with corn and other vegetables seasoned with lime and herbs)
Dinner Instructions: Heat, covered, at 50% power for 2 minutes at a time until heated through.
6. A Healthier Chicken Parmesan (Baked chicken breasts topped with cheese and a simple tomato sauce…you’ll never know it’s not fried!)
Dinner Instructions: Heat oven to 350°. Place breaded chicken breasts on foil-lined cookie sheet and heat in oven 10 – 15 minutes or until hot. (Do not overheat or allow breading to get dark.) Meanwhile, heat simple tomato sauce in microwave or in saucepan until hot. Remove chicken from oven when hot, place each chicken breast on a dinner plate and spoon Simple Tomato Sauce over. Sprinkle cheese mixture (from packet) over top and serve.
7. Kung Pao Chicken (A bit lighter in fat and sodium than the original, just eat lighter for breakfast and lunch and then splurge with this delicious dish at dinner!)
Dinner Instructions: Heat, covered, at 50% power in the microwave for 2 minutes at a time until just heated through.
Fish & Shellfish
1. Baked Fresh Flounder with Fresh Lemon Pepper (Sweet flounder baked with homemade lemon pepper…the real thing made of grated fresh lemon rind, black peppercorns, and minced garlic)
Dinner Instructions: Heat oven to 425°, unwrap foil packet to expose fish, place on cookie sheet and bake for 8 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork. Serve with lemon wedges, if desired.
2. Tuna Puttanesca (Literally meaning “Sauce the way a whore would make it,”(ask me to tell you why) this traditional and tangy sauce is made of tomatoes, onions, capers, olives, and garlic and is served over medium-rare tuna steaks, traditionally with pasta.)
Dinner Instructions: Heat tuna and sauce, covered, at 50% power in microwave for 2 minutes at a time or just until warmed through. Keep tuna medium rare; do not heat to well done.
3. Asian Stir-Fried Shrimp with Snow Peas (Succulent shrimp, crisp snow peas, stir-fried in a ginger-garlic sauce flavored with soy sauce and toasted sesame oil.)
Dinner Instructions: Heat stir-fry gently at 50% power for 2 minutes at a time, stirring frequently, until heated through.
4. Louisiana-Style Tilapia fillets with Sautéed Vegetable Relish (Lightly seasoned tilapia with vegetables)
Dinner Instructions: Heat, covered, at 50% power just until heated through.
5. Scampi (Large shrimp sautéed in a light garlic sauce, served over rice or pasta)
Dinner Instructions: Heat, covered, at 50% power just until heated through.
6. Seared Salmon Fillets (Seared salmon fillets over edamame succotash; Edamame is nutritious soybeans.)
Dinner Instructions: Heat, covered, at 50% power just until heated through.
7. Fresh Fish of the Day
